Medication: If you are on medication when you start acupuncture or herbs, you should continue to take them as prescribed. Your doctor will let you know when to decrease or stop medication.

Food as extension of medicine: You will learn more about how foods and drinks will change your body in a good way when you come to see us. Green tea, spinach, tofu and blueberries are examples of healthy foods.
